Keep in mind Canadian option packages are different than American ones. Is it listed on ford.ca web page?

ahhh

either way you might wanna check into a removable unit from sirius

can always move it to boombox, other cars etc if its not available
but i understand how attractive built in units are

I think it is in part aving to do with the difference between the US sirius and CA sirius content. The units for sale in the uS recieve all content while the Canadian units have some content blocked out. That is why some CA residents buy "grey" market US units to listene to. Something about the censoring dictatorship up north.

what if you order from a US dealer and have it drop shipped to your dealer?

thanks for all the info guys.... from reading Sirius.ca they just released a press release this week that all 2007 Mustangs will have the option for Sat radio..... so i guess it'll take some time to finalize everything with Ford Canada.... and if i want sat radio my order will have to wait (nope!! ) or i can get a portable unit (yes!)

Just go aftermarket. You can put the antenna where you want. I have a Canadian XM kit activated on the US service because we lost a few channels. Part of the issue around the commercials is that the Canadian arms of these companies don't want to pay for the content if they don't get paid for the commercials. They are XM and Sirius by name, but they are jointly run by different organizations up here.
