Ahhh crap, I forgot that I can only use that uploader for certain sites...my normal one freaked out on me. I'll find another.

Thanks for the notice.

They are the 18x9.5 GT500 wheels from www.americanmuscle.com

I got them "on sale" for $120 each, so $480 for the set, shipped to my door.

That was the NORMAL price until they jacked up the rates ( )and made them 190$ each. Oh well, I'm just glad I got them without paying an arm and a leg.

Uh--it's great! I track my car on the road courses at Phoenix International Raceway and Firebird Raceway occasionally, and it takes the turns quite well--the new tires made the handling even better, though.

The cornering is flat, and the ride is firm but not punishing. You can snap-steer to go around objects in the road w/ confidence.

Motor Trend tested the Shelby GT (same suspension) and managed .91G out of the skidpad--that's Corvette territory! (that was on the junk BFG G-Force KDWS tires too!)

Amazing how different they are from the KDW II R-18s, isn't it?

Never used those but I'm sure they're a huge improvement. I'm running Nitto 555's right now, they're a GIANT improvement over the stock tires.

Great pics, and a gorgeous, clean car. My in-laws and daughter live in Phoenix. Yes, winter is convertible season, but in summer asphalt is semi-liquid, the temperature doesn't dip below 100 until just before dawn, and you can fry a chicken without a grille! (don't need one, Clark!) Beautiful area, but OMG it's hot! Love to visit in the winter though.
