They look pretty good! Is that actually metal or a metallic tape?

I like it. Even the color of the gravel is somehow coordinated with the color of the car.

It's the same set up I had on my '05! It looks better on the grey than on the charcoal IMO... I had it on the charcoal and while it looked good, it didn't stand out as much...

The pieces are chrome plastic with 3M tape on the other side and you just stick them down into the spaces! Pretty simple! You can get them on Ebay!

That's perfect on charcoal, the brushed aluminum look just wouldn't be right.

I got mine on ebay and thought they were different but I still like them. I didn't like the idea of 3m adhesive on the back of the "chrome" and worried they wouldn't stick. Anyone had any problems? I'm thinking of some superglue...lol! I do like them though. Every part was individually cut out and fit right into place. A very nice accent, I think!!

When I got mine, I had no problems with them sticking... But my sister got the same ones for her stang a few months later and has had problems with it sticking... I don't think she has figured out a way to make them stick better yet though...

Guys the tape they are using is a 3M product called VHB...very High Bond is what it stands for I believe. Anyway it is one of the best tapes they make. I bought a roll of it a few years back for a job we were making and it was 12" wide and I forget the length but it wasn't super long and it cost about $700. We used it to bond some plastic not not much sticks to and it is still holding up. You need to make sure that what you are puttingit on is clean as a whistle. Like use alchohol to clean it first. Then you shouldnt have any issues. I was going to make my own set of these but for $50 or whatever it is Ill just buy these. That is a great price IMO.

Trust me... that 3M adhesive tape is MEGA strong. I used it on my Silverhorse Racing honeycomb rear panel and CDC chin spoiler... neither of which show any signs of coming off. As a matter of fact, after a few days, I wanted to see how strong that tape was so gave the rear panel a few tugs... didn't budge. I also have the 3M tape on the back of my Silverhorse billet cup holder, and it's holding fine as well.

Also, most 3M tapes are designed so that the longer they are on the stronger they get. we usually let the part get warm after applying tape and that helps with the adhesion. trust me, if you cleaned your parts you were adhering to first that thing isnt coming off
