I found this on e-bay. It states the vehicle caught on fire outside at the dealer?????

Is'nt this what was happening to the Explorers and F150s?

on the F150s, its due to the cruis control, so the fire is only under the hood. On this car, it was all over. Different issue.

I knew the issue with the F150 was from the speed control. What I meant was spontaneous combustion while sitting. Are there any electrical issues that we might need to be concerned about.

Old new man, but the general conclusion is that we're not getting the whole story. The interior's OK, so I doubt it's the cruise switches.

hmmmm that was already on ebay once probably didn't sell

he mentions it needs "some wiring" twice in the same list, does that mean a lot of wiring? like you do some and then some more?
