Shift Knob Poll

That Roush is cool, but I prefer Saleen's: http://bradbarnett.net/mustangs/time.../Saleen-17.jpg
Here's another: http://bradbarnett.net/mustangs/show...4/SEMA-292.jpg
NOTE: I don't think these pics are the best to use for examples. Oh! Well...

This would be okay, if it didn't have someone else's name on it.

I'm with you on that.
Also what diameter is the does the shifter **** have to be?

I still think the IUP **** is the best match for the rest of the interior. If it was taken away from the rest of the interior, something else would look better, but I don't think it looks right to attract extra attention to the shift ****. Just my $.02

It looks like the exact same **** as the '03/04 Mach 1 aluminum ****, but it has the correct 2005 1/2-20 thread pattern. The Mach **** is less than $50 from Ford Racing Parts. The only problem is that the Mach **** has the pre-2005 thread, so you'd need to tap it to 1/2-20.

I have the Mach **** in my 95 GT and plan to try and tap it and transfer it to the '05. Looks great when you fill the embossed shift pattern with black paint.
