Ok here is my story... I was in Georgia near exit 10 head south on I-95.. Cops are usually parked between 7 and 14... this Camaro pulls up next to me cause I was doing 70... he revs his engine and pulls forward... he slows down and laughs and waving me on... As soon as I passed ext 7... I waved him goodbye and I was gone.. couldn't see him in my mirror... Got to Orlando in about 2 hours... usually it takes 2.5 to 3 hours....

 

I don't play........I am always thinking- well I got the two kids, I don't want to act a moron and leave them hurt or momless.

And I revoked my darlings mustang license today.......WITHOUT him even driving it yet......Hes acting a dang fool in the oldsmobile. men!

Yep we have a few of those left here too. Not as many though. They seem to have thinned out some over the years. Most people here are rebel flag flying, pickup driving, country music listening, cigeratte smoking, overall wearing, good ol boys. That's the category that most of my friends & their family fall into. Although they do appraciate the stang. Many keep asking me where mine is & if they get to take her for a spin.

We actually have lots of stangs here, the only thing is that I don't know like 5 of them. Most are the good ol boys I mentioned above with their pickups or their cameros & firebirds. Like I said though many do appraciate the stang yet I have met a few who wouldn't look twice at one. They keep telling me to forget the Ford & get a Chevy. I usually don't listen to them. I usualy plug my ears & go "lalala I can't hear you"

I love reading your posts April, sounds like you are having so much fun, reminds me of when I first got mine... maybe not quiet as much as you though.

 

Tell them you would love to buy a 2005 camero or firebird (since they are so much better then Ford).

I ran out to the shop a snack, my favorite convenience store 4 minutes from me......you know, for pre new years festivities.
I get out and a frigging crowd forms. Whatever, I am getting used to it(but MINE ISNT THE ONLY ONE AROUND! Theres like a bunch more, share the love) A man approaches me can I look at her? Sure...... I haven;t seen the new cobra yet----- SHES NOT A COBRA(something else I am getting used to explaining) second time in 24 hours- BUT IT HAS SNAKES ON IT....... No, you won't see a cobra until 2007, she is simply a sweet looking car......I lock her up and go inside........

So I am checking out, a little kid yanks on my shirt, hey lady I like your mustang, I thank him and go home........

Mind you I spent a year washing her yesterday, I get home and there is sticky little kid handprints all over the hood- EWW. Exactly what I was trying to avoid by waiting until my two were over juice box and stinker age. yeech. Sticky little messy fingerprints on my freshly washed and cleaned hood.
She is clean again........

 

You must have met a bunch of your inbread relatives just like you they thought it was time for school when the seen the yellow. It does kind of remind you of that short yellow school bus you used to ride to school!!!
