I will consider things like brakes, suspension parts and exhaust parts. No obvious visual cues such as body parts. I like the sleeper thing too.

If I like a body part from a shelb or another version car I would have no problems taking that part and putting it on my 05. It would not be any different than buying a body kit or package from any other MFG. I don't think I would put badges on something that it's not. Like was said before, "IF I wanted a Shelby bad enough, I would have paid the money for one".

Body pieces and performance pieces are ok but no badges . I laugh everytime I see some idiot put SVT or Cobra badges on a V6 or GT.

NO, but it does address the Emblem Issue. Which is the more controversial issue.

No it doesn't.

The issue is using emblems to make a car look like something it's not. i.e. making a V6 or GT appear to be a Shelby.

No Stripe Pricing Yet. I would Imagine since it is not a kit but all separate Pieces it would be spendy. The Side Stripes might be resonable. In the Future I will Start a Shelby Component List and fill in the Prices as Released.

UPDATE NEW Priced Parts! Suggested Retail not TMS Pricing!

Shelby Foglights $636.85 ea.
I will email Ford and ask for a price analysis on this. For Crying out Loud. I would use something else. Imagine busting a foglamp and walking into the Dealer buying one of these!

Shelby Hood $681.75 Bare No Inserts.

Ya know, I was just thinking about this this morning. For some odd reason I thought about how I would put the new Cobra front end on my '05 GT if it ever got wrecked. I know, morbid thoughts! Anyway, if I was to spring for the extras if such an event occurs (knock on wood), I would do the front and rear end treatments, and have some special badging made to read GT/SE for GT/Steve's Edition.

Just my opinion. If you want a Shelby, buy it from your Ford dealer. Anything else will be considered a "want to be" Shelby 40 years from now. Just an old Mustang with some Shelby parts on it. You have to see 40 years ahead. But if you want to make your Stang look cool right now, and do not have the money for the real thing, then Shelby parts are better than most all others.

no, in 40 years it will be MY car that I made unique and my own by using what i think looks good, no matter if it is from the v6 or the shelby or any SE we may see in the future
