Shaker problem....rehashed
Okay...my Shaker 500 plays normal CDs fine. I burned an mp3 CD with 175 songs. There are no folders, just songs. So, it will read the first and last 20, but not the ones in the middle. Anyone else have this problem, and also any suggestions. I was thinking that if I put them in some folders, it may work better. The chances it is just a bad CD seem slim.
My new shaker works fine. But I had the gas tank replace and now the problems filling it have WORSENED! I know this is of little help with your stereo woes. But with that, the tank and the popping front end, this is almost not fun anymore.

Joe, I love looking at my car everytime you post
Anyway, onto the shaker issue. I have tried several things with mine as well and have the same issue. Guess it's time to pick up the phone and ask FORD where my replacement is.

Do you have long file names on the mp3s after number 20?

I have a burned mp3 cd with 7 folders and 180 songs. Only three won't play, but they also won't play in my F-1Fitty. I haven't had problem one with my Shaker 1000. You might as well try another disk.
One time I accidentally burned wma files on my mp3 disk, could that be your problem?
