I recently introduced a good friend of mine to S197's. He purchased an 06 Redfire PP V6. He has the Shaker 500 and it skips like crazy no matter the CD. I happen to have the Shaker 500 out of my 07 to give to him. Does anyone know if the plugs match up or if there are any other compatibility issues before tearing into this? ( i.e antenna plug difference). I know mine has the RDS whereas his does not but my thinking is that shouldn't matter.He's out of warranty so that's not an avenue. Any help is appreciated!

 

The PCM/Shaker 500 will have to be reprogrammed to complete the install. A trip to the dealer is required.
