Shaker 500 ate my CD's after re-tune. Now what?

Shaker DTC Clear
1. Select FM/AM
2. Hold down presets 3 & 6 simultaneously. (system goes into a self test mode)
3. Press preset 2 (this shows whether there are dtc's present in the system)
4. To clear dtc's i believe I pressed the menu button
I had this work before (like 6mos ago)
