since us TMSers are everywhere, maybe you guys can help me out. As you can see from the pictures in my other thread, i was rear ended by a giant truck and my car was totaled.

I just took delivery of it on April 1st after ordering it on November 15th. I can't wait that long again, i'm dying for it back already and it's only been gone for 10 hours.

I am looking for an identical match to my baby... i will have it shipped here, i don't care how far away it is.

Upgrade wheels (these i don't really care about, because i'm changing out, so either works)

If you guys know of one sitting on a lot somewhere please let me know!

 

I have searched several dealers in the Dallas area, but didn't find anything yet. I will keep looking for you though.

Yea, noticed that to that it did not have the side bags. But you should be able to get those put in.

Emilee, I noticed that the 2 that were located have the IUP (light), instead of the full IUP. Not a huge deal, but wanted to make sure you noticed.

i called my dealer today to tell him what happened. He was sick about it, and said that they had allocation for another GT right away and could get one on the way... said it definitley shouldn't take as long as last time.

might have to go that route, i guess we'll see. The claim with the driver of the trucks insurance (farmers insurance) was filed today. They better be speedy at getting me a new car, expenses, and a ton of money for all the medical crap i'm going to be going through with that big OOPSIE their driver made by parking his truck on my brand new car.

 

Sorry to add to your downer, but a word of advice from one who's experienced same.........

Just remember....... don't sign off on any medical conditions until you get completely checked out. Believe me....there are more pains still waiting to surface as the body adjusts. Get your back, neck and shoulders checked. I imagine you were holding on to something so get your wrists checked. Sometimes the symptons don't surface for months after.

Good luck with everything. Don't let the insurance company mess with you. They will try.

 

you can search for cars on the ford website just go to build & price type in your area code and fill out your options and you can see dealer inventory and evrything
