Question SCT and KAM?

I have a SCT tune in my GT at the moment. I was checking the Long Term Fuel Trims and found them in the +9 bank1, +8 bank2. I want to reset the Keep Alive Memory (KAM) but just want to verify with someone else if it's safe with the SCT tune in or should I reinstall the OEM and reset KAM, then reinstall the SCT. There's no reflash involved so I don't think there should be a problem.

Are you planning on resetting the KAM by disconnecting the battery ? I was on the phone with SCT along time ago for something and I asked them if re-flashing the tune reset adaptive memory and they said it did. I usually do it that way so I don't loose my radio settings by disconnecting the battery. Either way there is no need to re-flash back to stock ...

Thanks for the reply. I emailed SCT and they suggested resetting and data logging my fuel trims. I'll reset the KAM but will have to wait on the data log as I don't own a laptop at the moment.
