My car has had two delivery dates and missed both (12-25 and 12-28) Called today to ask when they may expect the next truck to arrive. The dealer called back stating that he had no new delivery date and had no idea where my car was. Is this possible?

Well kinda, this very thing has happened to me as well.
I'm guessing that the holiday shutdown kinda gaffed things up a bit.
They stopped shipping vehicles on the 23rd, and started back up today.
Don't panic yet, your dealer can either call their regional rep to find out where it is, OR they can actually call the V.O.P.C and speak to an analyst they'll be happy to put a trace on it, it takes 5-7 business days for the trace to be completed.

Guess the lost and found box is located in Omaha Neb as that is where they found my car today! :worship:
Since that is only a couple of hours from me, I should see it as soon as the snow gets plowed and things get rolling around here again.
