Pulling out of the dealership on delivery day, within the first 1/2 mile I got 2 huge Thumbs up. One from a guy in a 427 AC Cobra replica with the top down(sweet) and another from a guy in a black Trans Am. I love this car!

Personally, I return the gestures, but I never initiate them. Why? Not everybody who owns a Mustang is a Mustang nut. People can be strange behind the wheel, if they're even paying attention at all.

I've also gotten my fair share of hate as well. I've been flipped off by a late model Fox body with a fart can and spinners. Just last week a V6 Fox felt it neccessary to blow by me in the median spraying dust all over my car, and I was 20 over the limit at the time

But I also get lot's of "Love" which offsets the dodobirds by a large margin.

People who want to own the only car in the zip code shouldn't be buying Mustangs.
Kera, I think you got the wrong idea. I didn't say that I wanted to be the only one with a Mustang. I understand there will be plenty, and I love seeing them. I meant when I first got mine way back in October and I had ordered it months before and had the first Mustang at any dealer in a 100 mile radius. So, a couple weeks later when I saw one so soon, I was a little jealous. Nothing wrong with wanting to savor that moment when you have the only one. But now is a different story. I see one at least once or twice a week. And get excited when I see one just like everyone else.

I'll wave when I get mine, always did when I had my Jeep.

Havent seen many on the road around here yet just a black and a yellow GT.

Must be hibernating for the winter.

So the 05 Mustang does infact exist in Washington

I'm down in Vancouver and I've seen exactly two on the road.
