Does receiving the invoice "usually" mean something? I ask because my dealership has had my invoice almost 2 weeks now. He did tell me about 2 weeks after he had it my car "should" be in.

Nor Did Long Lewis or Ernest Mccarty. Went to LL drove by EM....

Long lewis tells me now its gonna be a month(I stinked it up and went in) and the SECOND they get it, they will announce it via longlewis.com. BUT we have LOTS of 04s- want one? Unfortunately, their current overstock of lovely ponies was very lovely- especially the one that was blue but not sonic next to the but flashy yellow.

WTF about Bham only getting THREE in initial though? That's what they told me. I was also told they had been invoiced for their car. That should mean NOW not November.

above- I wasn't using the word it filtered in a bad sense..

I know this is an old thread, but since alot you guys are from the B'ham area I will ask this question.

Have any of you ordered a Mustang GT from Long-Lewis? If so when did you order it and when did you recieve it, that is if you have recieved it yet.

Just Curious.

DONT DO DONT DO! WALK, NO DONT WALK- RUN RUN AWAY FROM THESE (CENSORED, CENSORED CENSORED) WALK! Before you buy a car from these SOBS.It is my fondest wish to see them go bankrupt
Go to Town and Country or Ernest MCcarty-that's two dealers that will treat you right.

Okay, apparently you have had a really bad experience there. Would you care to elaborate?

I am asking the question because I have had a GT on order since the first of the year and was curious if my wait has been average or not. From looking at what other folks have posted on the forum, it appears to be. However I was curious to know if someone had actually ordered form this dealer and recieved their car.

I dislike being treated as a "stupid woman" this dealer did that.
Therefore I hate them for doing that, and bought elsewhere- and was treated fairly.
Average wait 6-12 weeks.
