Doesn't the fuel pump cut off if it senses a certain amount of G's. Like in an accident.....??????

I know if the car senses an impact of at least 5mph, the fuel pump does shut off. All you have to do is reset the fuel shutoff switch.

Or the reves were too high the comp sensed it & shut it down, I have heard of this before & the guy thought he blew his engine when he had it towed in they had to reflash the car's comp and whalla about $285.00 plus later, he was also told he may void his warrenty if he kept that up ?

Ask Brad how easy it is to cause the fuel pump inertia switch to cut off!!!

His (Project Source Horse), cutoff when he backed his car into the Vortech tent at the MCA Stampede.

I've seen this before. I think he accidentally had his foot on the clutch while he was doing the donuts and burned the clutch up. I don't think he could get it in gear.

Mine cutoff at a car show, just by shutting the hood. This happened after installing the engine cover and GMS single strut tower brace. Apparently, the slight contact between the STB and hood liner was enough to jar the switch.

Mine did that on the skidpad at the streets of willow. I let the car sit for a couple minutes and started it up again. It automatically reset. No problems during everyday driving, since.
