S197 in Fast and Furious 4
There is a very good chance that my buddies carbon fiber wide body Mustang might appear as one of the main cars in Fast and the Furious 4, along with possibly his Charger and Beetle. All 3 cars have body kits by American Car Products of Whittier CA and the responsibility of finishing off the body and doing the custom paint fell to SW Customs of Azusa CA. The paint on the Stang is a candy orange and it has incredible airbrushed graphics.

OMG, another Fast and Furicer movie.
Great. Why don't they just quit while they are ahead??
I foresee a series like the "Police Lobotomy" movies that just kept lurching on and on and on, like a meth addict with a spear driven through his head.
Puh-leeeeze...

As much as everyone complains about them, the majority of car people have seen them all, even if they wont admit it. I agree, the first one was definitely better than the rest. I didn't think the second one was bad. The third one sucked, but wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and hey, it's a movie full of cars. And I'm sure I'll see the fourth one.
At least this pushes the Mustang farther out into the mainstream and gives manufacturers reasons to keep designing parts for our cars. When you stop seeing our cars in movies and stuff, then worry, because aftermarket R&D will stop soon after.

Even though the majority of the enthusiast population is going to hate on another F&F, I'll definitely be seeing it. As long as you turn off your brain before you enter the theater or hit play on your DVD player, they're fun to watch, and although most of the rides are pretty bunk, there's still some eye candy to be seen.

I'll agree with everyone else that I'd go see it too. I also agree that Toyko Drift was suprisingly better than expected, and much better than the second one.
But, when is it going to end. I mean, Redline looked like it STUNK. It was in the theaters for all of 3 weeks, and is now available to buy or rent (But only at Blockbuster...they must be the only ones willing to buy copies in hopes of a return of investment)
