Roush Stage 1 Bought In Oc, Socal?
In absence of any info from either insurance company following the destruction of my car (see http://forums.bradbarnett.net/index.php?showtopic=14539 ), I've been trying to see how easy it'd be to replace my car, if it came down to it.
I drove up to Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park and they had no GT's, saying that they are snapped up as soon as they get them in. Doesn't bode well for me.
Whilst there, the guy at the dealer told me that the last car 05 Mustang they'd sold was this morning, and it was a Roush Stage 1 for $43,000.
I thought that for now, all that was available was the Stage 1 kit (around $8K) from Roush? If so, doesn't $43K sound a bit steep for a presumably otherwise stock GT (assuming it was a GT) with an $8K kit thrown on?

Beach Ford here in Va. had two Roush Stage 1 GT's last week, I looked at the stickers the day they were dropped off the truck they were $33,000+ cannot remember the exact number. Have not been back to see them, so have no idea if there was a dealer mark-up after I saw them.
