I had someone trace the SS inserts. Going to take that tracing... go to a sign shop, buy some vinyl and cut the lettering out myself.

No way would I use vinyl unless I needed a specific color. Do it right, or not at all, especially on a sweet Roush.

Not sure what your talking about?? Thats the material that the ROUSH RACING STRIPES are made of. and to use it as lettering in the bumper inserts works just fine. "DO it right or not at all" so my friend whats the right way? They dont make different color inserts for the ROUSH bumper... ONLY STAINLESS STEEL

I have ROUSH RACING STRIPES, and they are fine in the open, but when placed in small places the vinyl will peel, I've seen it on a mustang as recently as a week ago, and it looks terrible.

I know they only make STAINLESS STEEL, that's why I said "unless you need a specific color."

Here is a pic of the vinyl lettering in the Roush bumper. Have not heard any negative or peeling comments from him yet. Im sure there might be some cases of peeling, but I think if they are installed correctly there shouldnt be any problems. Here is a pic the vinyl stripes in the Roush bumper. This is a car from a member on FNSWEET.com

I was actually thinking of purchasing the Stainless steel..seeing how that looked with Grabber Orange... and if I didnt like it... put the vinyl over the stainless and call it a day
