Rocky Mountain Mustang Round-Up is a big Mustang car show in Steamboat, CO. Starts on Thursday with a cruise around town and then some autocross on Friday and a show and shine on Saturday.

I will be there mid-day on Friday, so come and look for me!

 

The last RMMR I attended was way back in 1993, prior to moving from Denver CO to Texas. Back then it was only a few years old. When I was president of the Front Range Mustang Club, we got together with the other Mustang clubs in the area (Early Mustang Club and ???) to plan a special show to commemorate the 25th Anniversary of our beloved Mustangs. In fact, I came up with the name for the show, and it seems to have stuck. hehe. I showed my freshly restored 1967 Coupe, but don't remember if I took an award. I wish I could go this year, but I have other commitments at that time. It would be nice to see some of my old club buddies again.

 

I'm going with my dad. We are driving up on Friday and staying through Saturday. Hope to meet up with some of the TMS people.

 

Did it in 2007, great drive from MA, and great show. If you can, drive through Berthoud Pass, great twisties!!
