Ok, so I called the automated service and my status was “Released by foreign plant.” Now I read the dealer status inquiry guide and I know it means “you important vehicle has been released by the foreign assembly plant.” Now that’s all good and all but, I’m from the United States! After doing a search and “Smerrill” had the same problem, and the same build week, in this thread . Does anyone have any info on this?

 

Altoid, I heard the same thing on the VOPC, but only once. The next time I checked, it said that it was Released to Convoy Carrier. I wonder if it was just an temporary error with the VOPC.

Last time I checked, Atlanta, GA was in the USA...

 

I figured it was somewhat of a filler. First time I heard it I thought it said “Ford” not “foreign.”
