Better Dash Design Utilization (I know they tried to stick with the classic theme here, but boy those narrow numbers can be hard on the old eyes at times)
A Pillar Guage Option
I'm in agreement with an optional supercharger w/factory warranty
That or an engine upgrade option to something with higher displacement
Weight reduction options, either aluminum or carbon fiber replacement options.

And now for my $0.02:
1) SIX speed manual trans.
2) Increase of 4.6 to 5.4 liter engine - that will solve the horsepower problem
3) Better seats. I *loved* the seats that came with my '89... Ford hasn't matched those seats since.
4) MyColor to run ALL dash lights (except maybe windows and cruise buttons, those don't matter)
5) A better looking hood - the stock one today is boring.
