I no lika da splitter, spoiler or the shifter. Take them away..oh, then I guess I would be back to a GT with different rims and paint job. I guess I do like the tailpipes

The Good:
Nicely restrained, not way overstyled like most tuner cars. Maybe they're finally going for quality of design over quantity of ornaments.
Glossy, blacked out hood looks real nice, very well integrated into underlying lines.
Two color mirrors looks nice too, subtly carry on red/black theme.

The Maybe:
Blacked out tail panel looks good, but needs to be carried up a bit more at the top end to the break defining the top of the tail lights.
Wheel design looks a bit generic Ford Cobra, can't they do something a bit more unique?
Side stripe - I would have taken this down all the way to the rocker panel join line. As is, looks a bit ill-sized.

The Bad:
Front spoiler is very generic, does nothing to enahance or accentuate the Stang's own underlying lines or form. Looks like they pulled this off the shelf and rivited it on.
Rear spoiler looked like it was sitting on the same shelf next to the front spoiler. Could have stuck this thing on any car, and probably have. Please come up with something distinctive that actually relates to the Mustang's own form.
Rear "fuel filler" pendant. Black out treatment makes this jewelery look bigger and gaudier than ever, has all the taste of a bad rapper's bling bling lump hanging on his chest. Tone this down somehow.
Square shifter **** -- is this made to fit a human's hand or a robot's?

Thoughts:
I might have extended the nice, tastefull gloss black contrast color to the lower rocker panels and the little fillip along the bottom of the front and back valance panels. That would have helped to tie in this treatment from stem to stern and the black on the very lower section would visually lower the overall car height and also the rather tall vertical height of the body panels, giving the car a leaner, lower overall stance.
Interior -- I might have continued this black/red theme into the interior as well by making the seat bolsters black/drk gray and keeping the center sections red. A bit surprised Ford didn't do this themselves on the IUP making it a bit more distinctive yet.
Aluminum climate control ***** are interesting, but I might have focused on continuing the aluminum panel effect of the dash into the center console. Again, a bit surprised Ford didn't do this with the IUP too as it would go further towards tying together the interior elements that much more.

My thougts:

1) Why do they all opt to produce bolt-on front lips and stuff like that. In this case, it's just plain ugly. It would be way better if they did a completely new front bumper (it's possible, that's sure, and I bet Ford made it as easy as possible to just snap on a new one)
2) I cannot believe that they replaced the shifter **** (which I don't like at all) but didn't do anything to that e-brake

Fix the front splitter any lose the shifter **** and I would love it. It's the best one I've seen so far and I wish I had the money to let Steeda play with my Mustang.
