I like the option to get the Cargo mat as well. I might order a set. Plus you can pick your own colors to match on some of the designs.

The Weathertechs aren't sized specifically for the Mustang. They aren't as deep as the OE All-weather mats either. The channels in my Ford mats are as deep as the Mariana trench.

Personally I like the carpeted mats better than the rubber ones. When I'm driving and have my legs extended, I would prefer my feet to slide around easier than rubber presents against my shoes. And if I wear them out sooner, then I'll buy new ones, plus the carpeted ones look dressier. But each to their own.....

$19 Black Rubbermaid brand car mats from Target. I removed my stock carpet mats on day 1. I'll put them back in when I trade the car in 2 years. Mine is a daily driver, so I'll only ruin any car mat that is actually nice.

However the OE all-weather mats look like something for me.

I like the carpeted mats too but my heel wears a hole through the mats within a year.

Lol, I wore a hole in the actual carpet at the road course. They wanted floor mats out! I was peeved, floor mat went in the last run, and will be in from now on.

Anyone ever hear of these guys? You can "build" your floor mats on their site. I had some made for my Highlander a few years back and was very pleased.

Wow, 1 year is it? I have the factory mats now, and have almost 19,000 mi. and definitely have wear spots, but it's not through the mat, and I'm sure that the accessory ford carpeted ones are a whole lot better quality. I just like the car to look as sweet as I can, and rubber mats don't get it for me. In a truck or suv maybe, but not in the 'Stang. I don't mind replacing them as necessary to keep a classy look, and the price is cheap enough that it's more than a good trade off for me.

That was fun, but no Mustang logo option.

You know....this isn't a bad idea. I could get the Tribar Pony carpeted mats for show and shell out a few more bucks for these in the event of wet weather.

The carpeted floor mats that came out my 06' Pony Package Mustang now reside in the 07'GT.They have a small stainless Mustang emblem on the front mats.Very simple but nice.

I think this is what comes stock with the GT/CS. I'm looking to
preserve those original mats and go with something else.
