does anybody know if the rear sway bars on the V6 are the same as those on the GT?
On the V6 you get rear sway bars only if you have the Pony pkg.
My V6 does not hae the Pony pkg, and I am wondering if I can upgrade it with sway bars from a GT.

Well, you kind of answered your own question, in a way.

The V6 has no rear sway bar. The Pony Package does, and I believe it is the same as the GT sway bars. The PP claims to have 'GT suspension'.

Yes, you can install GT take off sway bars on your V6.

 

You can buy the GT rear sway and it will bolt right on BUT you have to buy the bolts and clips from FORD. I did mine in about 30 minutes.

GT & V6 are the same but coupe & conv aren't. Make sure you get the right one.
coupe is the yellow tag "A"
conv = green "B"
