I noticed on the canadain order guide the rear spoiler comes standard on both GT and V6.Where as on the us order guide its part of a package on the V6 and a optional delete on the GT.
Im wondering if there is any chance to not have it included on either GT or V6 canadian versions?

 

When I ordered my 05 gt the "spoiler delete" code wouldn't accept on the system. As far as I know the option is unavailable in Canada. :angry:

 

Going off previous posts and topics, there is no spoiler delete option in Canada. Don't know why, but it is only available in the USA.

 

Darn...looks like ill have too order a extra us rear deck then...wings are meant for planes not cars!

Has anyone in the US successfully placed an order for an '05 GT using the spolier delete?

 

Personally I like the looks of the car with the rear spoiler. Sure, I like the looks of a ducktail but since that is not the option, I'll stick with what I can get.

 

I was able to place an order for an '05 GT with the spoiler delete option. You should have no problem if you order in the U.S.

 

When I was at the Oakville Mustang Show, I got to speak with Mustang Product Co-Ordinator for Canada.

I did question him about the lack of a spoiler delete for Canada. He said that because the canadian market is so small, the goal is to make fewer trim levels on the cars, so that there is not as many combinations.

He did say that they are considering adding the option for 2006.

I will be looking to get rid of my spoiler somehow as well
