rear spoiler bolted down?

rear spoiler bolted down?
i went to my local ford dealer and noticed that the rear spoilers varied in height.....i went for closer look and there is like 3m 2 way tape under it???? is the spoilers bolted or stuck on?

They are bolted down with two studs per pedestal, plus the double sided tape under each pedestal.

Yes, they have both and the double sided tape also acts as a gasket to keep water out.
