Rear bumper lights not working

Rear bumper lights not working
none of the lights in the rear bumper are working any idea where to start? Both side markers and tag light.

Was there any body work done which the rear bumper cover may have been removed? I would check to be sure the harness is plugged in properly. The harness comes inside the rear body panel through a grommet and then plugs into a connector in the rear body wiring harness.
