Re: blkstang06

I've been away from this site a few days...had a fellow cop and friend injured on duty (gunshot missed vest but hit him, hell be OK though) so I did not see blkstang06 re-appearance. He never settled anything with me. Still owes for the center caps junk he tried to pass-off as OEM. I read that he is inferring they were returned "damaged". (BS!) Sorry to see he got some one else. Perhaps having a "sellers/buyers" rating area would prove to be a worth while endeavor.

I have made more than 20 transactions with buyers/sellers from this site, never a problem until this one with blkstang06.

Hey Mr. Davis...feel free to contact me anytime. You've ignored every email and PM I've sent. You have my number, my email, my address, my PM and my money!

How in the world can you confuse OEM with non compliant parts?

I actually asked a member to list his item on ebay so I could buy it that way. Its a little scary sending your cash to some one you don't know from Joe smo. He was nice enough to list it for me. Its supose to be at my house on tuesday

I agree. There should be a section to post warnings/cudos about sellers and/or buyers on the site. Otherwise more of this type of thing will happen to unsuspecting TMSers. Having the admins tell us this type of thing is best handled via PM or email is wrong. We have the right to know who is ripping us off and why.

Guys TMS doesnt control sales between members. They dont police this kind of thing and have stated so repeatedly. They allow it to take place as long as members dont abuse it. Sadly this member seems to have done so. They have enough problems to take care of running this site, unpaid mind you, and dont need more headaches. I am thinking if they started doing what is being asked they would then have to charge for the site access.

That edit really wasn't necessary. It was obviously a tongue in cheek joke. Don't let the mod ego get out of control!

I thought the site wasn't going to allow these kinds of posts....? It's obvious that without allowing both parties to post their sides of the story, then most people are gonna side with the poster (person who says they've gotten ripped off) and that's when the whole thread goes to crap. Really anyone that isn't directly involved in the transaction should just stay out.

and like i've said now multiple times, this is between seller and buyer and not a public transaction.

Also means that posting up multiple threads about it is not warranted either, soooo they will be closed.
