I have my railcar # . Does anyone know how to track? I thought I read one time somebody knew how to track them? here is my railcar # ETTX903339

This is what it said? It was suppose to be delivered in oregon? I dont understand?

Looks like your rail car is empty! Maybe it's on its way back to the factory to get your car...

Oh ya and my dealer said it was loaded on train in flatrock on the 28th? Does this sound correct?

Thanks John im a little confused myself. My car was suppose to be shipped march 3rd here it is april 4th? Over a month in transit so far.

mingrey that is about how long mine took to ship. rail car problems etc. I think mine was built 2/5 and delivered on 3/9. most of that time it said it had been shipped. So you should have her anyday now. goodluck

I found a 800 number that I used to keep up with location of my railcar. It's 1-800-235-2352. I was able to follow the railcar to the ramp.

Is it automated #? All I need is the railcar # when calling?

Yes it is automated. Just need your number---the letters can be tricky. Listen to the help section. It will explain how to do the letters.

Thank You for the help your a nice guy. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to help me. I called the # worked great. I got up to date info. The online tracking doesnt update as fast.
