I am now firmly on the fence about it. The reason I wanted to go was to tear it up in a mustang. Been there done that. I do have a time reserved still.
Questions:
Who else will be there that I am not already aware of?
What else is going on at a racing one? This one is the same weekend as the race over there, and even though you couldn't drag me to that, will Ford have other amusing activities planned?

SCORE!
Kidless this weekend! I love my mom!
If I can talk him into going(Why are you going to drive 150 miles just to drive a car he wonders), I get to have a grownups weekend!!
( I told him I was on the fence cause I already drove, he quickly got out of the mood)

myself and UGABrook (aka my wife) will be there. We're in the 9am slot (but it's only a 15 minute drive from the house). Does anyone know the types of stangs that are going to be there?

We're getting close to a green flag for the Ford Racing Innovation Drive and we want to make sure you'll "pass inspection" when you arrive! We're expecting an outstanding turnout for this weekend's event!
While the Ford Racing drivers will be warming up at Atlanta Motor Speedway for their race*, you will already be on-track** at Turner Field test driving Ford's new 2005 products!
We are looking forward to your participation in Saturday's Ford Racing Innovation Drive. As a reminder, your registration time was set up to ensure that we get you into the event quickly and efficiently. Your actual drive time in the cars will likely be some time after that, and we wanted to ensure that you plan your time accordingly.
If you're over 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license, you can slide into the driver's seat of the new 2005 Mustang, Five Hundred and Freestyle. This exclusive opportunity is not yet available to the general public, so make sure you don't forget your license!
And, be sure to bring your crew chief - a parent or legal guardian who is over 18 years of age must accompany all attendees under 18 years of age. Also, children under 5 years old and any child requiring a child seat are not allowed to ride in course vehicles and must be supervised by an adult while you are driving.
And don't think you're done just because you've crossed the finish line! Various Ford Racing displays will be on-hand, including the "Pace Car for the Entire Company" - the awesome Ford GT. And for all of the other 2005 vehicles, Ford product experts will be available to answer any questions you may have.
Finally, Be sure to stop by and see Brandon Whitt, driver of the #38 Ford in the Craftsman Truck Series. He will be signing autographs and participating in a Q & A session from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
If you have any questions, need to cancel or change your reservation time, or need directions, please call Ford Racing Innovation Drive Headquarters at 1-800-647-7268 from 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (EST) Monday - Friday. You can also make changes to your reservation on the web at http://www.fordinnovationdrive.com/racing
