Question about passenger side motor mount

Hey guys just finishing up installing long tube headers on my 2006 Mustang GT. I have a question about the motor mount on the passenger side. I know the top right bolt has a ground wire that attaches on top of the stud with a nut. My question is about the bracket that mounts to the bottom left bolt on the motor mount for the transmission lines. Does that transmission line bracket attach on top of the studded bolt like The ground wire does? I currently have the transmission line bracket mounted with The motor mount bolt and not the studded bolt. I have a left over nut that's why I'm asking. I currently have the studded bolts towards the front of the motor mount towards the front of car.
