As the title states, am having a problem getting the local dealer to give me the number to the regional rep. Does anyone have the number for FORD southeast (I beleive) location is Jacksonville FL. Dealership giving me problems and hassle is Mike Shad Orange Park.

Call the customer assistance line. The number is in your owner's manual under customer assistance.

Oh okay it's.1-800-392-3673.
They should be able to find the regional # for you.

 

Mike Shad Hate them. Crappy service department kept me away from them, and a guy who when I ordered my stang put the 5k market value on it after it got here.

 

The customer service line is your best bet, but they generally won't give you the number for the direct rep. They give your file to the direct rep and then they call you back...or in my case they keep in contact for a week and now go 2 weeks without returning phone calls. Then again, I am in SoCal, so hopefully your rep is a bit better.
