Sounds right. My price is $28,333 x plan, with all your options plus the Appearance package, 18" wheels, and anti-theft. That price includes destination and the advertising fee or whatever it's called.

On top of your X plan price you need to add tax, title, and license. That should be it.

If you're buying on x-plan the dealer is required to give you a copy of the actual invoice showing MSRP, his cost as well as the x-plan price. Make sure you ask to see this.

Go to KBB.com and build your car, it will give you the exact invoice and sticker prices. X-plan should be just below invoice, so that will allow you to check if the price they gave you is correct.

That's about what they've quoted me for my x-plan, Gt Premium, Comfort Group, IUP, Active Anti-theft, and seat-side air-bags.

and don't let them throw on any BS charges for prep and doc fees, they're not allowed under the xplan rules. It's the Xplan price as printed on the factory paperwork and that's it.

I saw the Xplan price for my car and it was actually higher than the invoice price on kbb.com by about $300-$400. The difference seems to be the ford assessed advertising fee. Was I supposed to have paid that on X-plan?
