Your a rare bread. Most ONLY care about the price and getting free shipping. It is amazing to see how much trouble some people will go to to save $10. I guess the 1-2 hours they spent calling, asking for price matching and price shopping is worth nothing to them.

I think BFR was acknowledging the compliment and indicating it's rare these days that someone would be concerned about service.

hey jacostang, is it just me or did ford cheap out and just ripped off the GT emblem and put the stripe over it, from the pics it seems thats what they did instead of using a V6 fender

Jacostang has a GT, not a GT/CS (they don't make a Legend Lime GT/CS), thus he has holes where the GT emblem used to be.

Yup, made the change myself but did not want to change the whole fender out because you never know what it might be next year..

I think so too, I would rather have a good quality part and good service than cheap any day even though I'm not rolling in dough. It just means more to me. It seems that customer service doesn't exist much these days but you can find some good guys, Like KC in California...

You're probably right it just looked at first glance to be sortov directed at him in a harsh way. But now that I look again it could be like you said.

It works in cycles. It goes from bottom dollar at all costs to customer service at all costs. I work in the commercial construction industry and we see it all the time. We go through a few years where everyone is looking for the lowest bid, then the realize the bottom feeder low bidders are horrible. Then it's a hunt for the best quality regardless of price. +1 regarding KC. I have a strong feeling he's going to be getting a call in the next week or so for a GT500 conversion. I'm bleeding green!!!
