Not to defend that guy's lack of driving skill (and not to agrue with Brainiac ) but at 1:34 you can see the hood buldge indicating it is a turbo model. The N/A hoods were flat. (I know a bit about MR2s too.)

The sarcasm really isn't necessary, and it certainly is not my intention to get in an argument with you about this. But changing hoods on MR2s was not quite as common as it is on Mustangs. It's too subtle, as few people realize the difference. (Also, few NAs were equipped with driving lights in the grille, so he probably would have had to add them as well.) I've been into MR2s for a long time and have never seen a turbo "clone".
