My plastic thing that goes around the interior door lock pins keeps popping off and falling, so much so that I just forego it for now and there is a gap on top of the door panel. Is this something that Ford will fix or should I just apply some type of glue and keep it in place?

I'm sure Ford will attempt a fix, but the choice is up to you. You could glue it with some RTV or other flexible glue to keep it in place until your car needs to go in for a service call, and then remove it before you take it in and report the problem at that time. If you take it in, they will likely have to order part(s), so you'll have to take it back for them to put it on.

3yr/36000, I'd say take it in and have them replace it. Don't jury-rig things just yet. Leave that for when it's out of warranty and you don't feel like spending excessive amounts of money on things that are cosmetic. Good luck!

Mine too. I ordered a replacement from 05StangKC. It was only a couple bucks. He mentioned that the way the replacements ones were packaged, Ford might have realized it is becoming an issue.
