Is there any truth to the claims that a person can be given and pin number for a discounted price from a qualifying individual? Is ther anyway someone could let me know how to find out what companies qualify for the X-Plan?? If this is true, is there anyone out there that would be willing to give a pin number??

This is true. But let me encourage you to use the search tool at upper right, and also read the FAQ stickied at the top.
