I just want to know if placing an order will be like buying a car in which you can negotiate the price then and there, and be worry free. I dont want to negotiate when the car comes in and i get screwed. And an order fee in not necessary right.
I have never ordered a car before, I always bought what was on the lot.

Yes, you can negotiate the price of the vehicle before the dealer orders it. Since official pricing has come out, it's alot easier than it was a few weeks ago. As far as an order fee goes, havent heard of one, i didnt pay one, some dealers like a deposit to show good faith, but this is refundable and you're not forced to buy the vehicle until you decide to(usually delivery).

hope this helps

500 dollar deposite fully refundable. Some dealers wont settle on a price just yet (mine). Worth a shot though

I just ordered mine tonight.

$23,300 delivered + $401 for the upgraded interior
Deluxe GT with no extra options

Yes they will negotiate. Actually the guy was surprised I knew all of there prices. He tried to charge me $450 for the upgraded interior and I told him it was only $401 so he threw it in for that price.

Ok thats good. It should be the same as buying a car, only I cant drive away with it.
I plan on getting a bone base GT, and see if I can get one for 25,000 cash, including tax and paperwork. Wish me luck guys.

Tell me if that sounds to low or too high. Can I do better?, or is that about as good as a deal I can get?
Thank you guys, I am so exited im making the ordering leap.

Go lower. I have my paper infront of me and my exact total was $23,776.55 plus 6% tax = $25,203.14 (and I have the upgraded interior)

Tell them you will give them $200 over invoice. That should put you at around $23,375.55 after all the extra gas, FDAF, and delivery. Then you have to add in tax...

What about destinantion and delivery. Will that be added after they make your mustang, or did they just not charge you for it?
EDIT] NVM I was looking at base premium pricing. Everything matches perfectly for the deluxe.

It's factored into the financing if you choose to finance. I wouldnt recommend paying for the car site unseen, destination and delivery would be taken care of along with the rest of the payment.

What exactly is included in upgraded interior?

With that price ($23,300), is leather and cd player included? Is it 5-speed manual?

I'm looking for 99-up Lincoln Navigator, but if I don't find anything by January, I'm buying 05 Mustang GT.

IUP and leather seating are 2 different options. I think Brad has some cloth seated pictures with IUP on the timeline.

Actually, $23,300 for brand new 2005 Mustang GT is a great price. I expected them to be at least $26,000.

Like I said, I really want 99-up Lincoln Navigator (for no more than $24,000), but if I don't find anything soon, I'll buy 05 Mustang GT.

I don't wanna leather (there were some Navigators that I really liked, but I didn't buy them because leather was damaged. I don't wanna same thing with Mustang), only 3 things that I must have on 05 Mustang GT (if I decide to buy one) are: CD player, 5-speed manual transmission, and car must be Torch Red.
