Little to no chance the car itself will be produced.
However, from the press release:
"The roll cage, rear spoiler and some chassis components are all being considered for further development."
You can already buy the motor and trans from FRPP, and comparable wheels, tires, and suspension components will be available in the aftermarket. The hood might show up too. So might a body kit, but I would hold my breath for the flared, ducted fenders to be part of it.

If you go to autoweek.com's New York Auto Show preview section, they say the following: "Ford will tell enthusiasts that the 2005 Mustang will offer a long list of performance accessories." So, it sounds like Ford may try to push a bunch of their own performance parts for 05 and try to take a piece of the pie from the aftermarket companies.
