Paint Code question about Heritage Ford GT & 2008 Mustang

Is Epic Orange (Ford GT stripe color below) the same paint code as Grabber/Valencia Orange (paint code U3)?

Now for some speculation my part. Could Heritage Blue (Ford GT color below), be a Mustang color in 2008 (e.g. Grabber Blue)?

It's possible. Ford GT already shares a red (D3), Tungsten (T8), and Black (UA) with the Mustang. If Epic and Grabber Orange are the same then that would be another one.

Kevin broke the story on new 2007 colors (Valencia/Grabber Orange and Alloy Grey) on 9 Nov 05, so maybe in 5-6 months we will have an idea what the 2008 colors will be.

I'm not an expert, but I'd have to say that orange is in no way Grabber Orange. Not even close. But hey, what do I know? I'm just a pup...

that would not be a very flattering blue for a new Mustang!
I think those were the corporate colors for Gulf back in the day, not to relavant anymore except for historical reasons

I agree that the Gulf Blue is a little too light to be the original Grabber Blue. While I think the Azure Blue on the Mach 1 is nice, I wish they had gone with the original concept in Grabber Blue.

Here's Grabber and Azure Blue side by side.

I'm not picky. Just give me a bright blue that goes with black in 2008 (just like the 2 shades of blue above)
