paid $800 for the unknown wheel

called my dealer today to change rim order back to stock(because ford is screwin around witthis 64e,64w deal)and he said it was too late because my car is already in production with a temporary delay??got my vin..he said i may be receiving car sooner than expected 
..anyone know :
1.what is temp delay?
2.how to read a vin?
3.want to buy 18" whatever rims??
thanks for anyones help(looking forward to being part of the mustang family!!!!)

Yessir read the sticky 64E's confirmed by ford with pics and order codes as the Bullit wheel.
