I keep hearing about ERL but I don't know what it is or how to access it.

HELP. I need to stop bothering the people at Ford's customer service center (and they send a letter to my dealer each time I call).

Can someone tell me how to acess ERL. Please go step by step. I'm not that good with computers, assuming ERL is a computer based thing.

Well in the backwoods of West Virginia...your typical motor oil is often pronounced "Erl". But I am not sure where you are from... LOL

Okay, it's an automated phone system. I think I prefer talking to the cusomer service reps, at least I get to ask quesitons.

May 23rd my car is scheduled to be built. No updates. Nothing.
