i am getting NO air to my windshield defrost, to the point where i had to crack my window last night and freeze my bootay off to de-fog my windshield.

I put it on defrost, and it ALL blows out on the floor. NONE WHATSOEVER comes out of the defrost vents.

I thought everyone was having the opposite problem, am i just insane? Anyone else experiencing this?

I'm gonna swing it by the dealer today after work & see what they say i guess.

Maybe your control **** for directing the air flow is not installed correctly. Can you remove it to check this?

 

I was having strange troubles with mine as well, but not the same as what everyone else had been describing. I would get nothing to the panel vents when the switch was on "panel / floor." My service tech told me that "Ford" had told him that there was no fix yet, but to put the switch on "panel," and as soon as air came out bump it quickly over to "panel / floor" and it would stay on both places. Sounds fishy, but it actually works. I would like a final fix, but I'm not real crazy about the dash being ripped open, so I put up with this.

 

yeah i might play around with it myself after work today. I'm not too crazy about the dealer having my car for a day when i just got it on friday!
