odd noise from right when braking
The last thousand miles or so I am hearing an intermittent popping sound from the right when I apply the brakes. This sound is not unlike the front suspension popping sound I had before I got it fixed (see technical service bulletin). That only occured when turning at low speeds, however.
My brakes otherwise are fine - occasional slight squeak.
One other strange thing - I have extra black foam like insulation or something that is poking out just above the driver side mirror, above the black plastic strip - I pull on it and little pieces come off, but I'm hesitant to pull more out - it runs for about 8 inches along this area. Anyone had this occur? I'm going to have the dealer look at it.
