I was going through the Dealership Paperwork today to get my Parts Packing slips and Noticed a MUSTANG ORDER. Ford had sent a note saying Reccomend 18g Package. Now Free Demand. The Years almost up and now They have the IUP Parts Available. SHEESH!

I remember them saying it would be mid to late summer before they could properly handle the IUP orders .At the dealer I got my Mustang from all there cars were the interior accent package except for the very first mustangs they got and one loaded lime green GT vert and one red coupe with ICAP few months ago.

For now yeah.
And they've now had almost a full year of producing and seeing what people want.
Would you rather they continue to ONLY offer it to 20%??? or have them learn from the demand?
Give it to them, for the fact that they ARE listening....

Just makes the '05's with IUP all the more valuable in 30 years . . . escpecially if it's also Sonic Blue.

Ford has increased IUP production to 75%
However for the last 9 months Ford has been telling the dealers not to order IUP. So now that there are plenty of IUP options availble Ford has to retrain the dealers to include the IUP.
No big deal. As someone said, customers wanted more IUPs and Ford responded.

I think they should get the quality control issue solved first before asking people to purchase more bad seats. I checked mine after reading the posting and the seat upholstery has come loose on both front seats at the front of the seat, Sad vender for sure.

I agree with the others---IUP is worth waiting for. Really dresses up the appearance of the interior, plus the extra gadgets. IMO, MyColor is a waste. After I ran through it, I set it to the (one of 6) default Blue and have, frankly, forgotten about it for over 4 months.
Much ado about nothing.

My Color is definitely NOT the reason to get IUP. Its the dash trim and the message center that make it worth it!
