Something very dissapointing happened today. I was driving home from work and I saw an '05 Mustang vert. get on the freeway. So of course I check it out and notice it was very dirty. It had actual dirt on it. :notnice: Also, it was 90+ degrees out today and the girl had the top up on the 'stang. I actually felt sorry for this car.
I was dissapointed that she did not have this car running at its full potential. I guess some people don't appreciate their cars as I know all of you do.

On a lighter side, finally got my dora from my dealer today. First thing I did was call up the ERL and now I am an official member of the Clean and Unscheduled group. But he did change my priority from 11 to 10.

 

Yeah, I've seen a few like that, too. In South Texas I think that's actually a criminal offense. What's worse is when the girl is beautiful, that's a shame.

Dirty Mustangs

 

I have a vert and at 90+ degrees it is too hot to be top down. You have to remember that with the vert you get more wind, but the more sun more than over comes that. I can drive windows down in hotter temps than i can drive top down.

However there is no excuse for the dirt.

 

Remember it could have been a rental. Whenever I go to visit the family in Florida(7 times this past year)I always rent a Mustang and sometimes I've had to take them to be cleaned myself. Last time I got an 05 Black Vert that was covered in water spots on the hood. I had Hertz clean it but as soon as it was dry they were back. I had to actually rub out the spots myself and take it to a wash. It was beautiful after that. So chances are it could have been a rental.
