The evil computer lady is doing nothing more than trying to drive you onto Antidepressants.
Hence the fact that she's the evil computer lady.

Calm down Bob! It's probably built, computer lady just screwed up. Bet you'll see her in a week or two

Call Ford Customer Service 1-800-392-3673 8am - 8pm est.

Just tell them your vin/order number, dealer code & the model. It may take longer for them to look up & they may start a file on you, even if you have called before (I think I have 4 files). But they should be able to pull your status.

It sounds like the evil robot lady has a few screws loose. Or maybe she is being sent in for an oil change or upgrade. But Ford Customer Service should be able to help. If not then call your dealship & ask for the sales manager.

Your sales manager should get a daily printout with updates. Hope this helps. And I hope you get you car soon.

Bob,

Going from scheduled, to locked and back to scheduled seems to be the way most orders go so don't let that part get you down. This is your build week right? Status changes pretty often once you get that far so don't worry, computer just needs to get caught up. Bet you are built or are being built right now. You're on the right track.

Same status I have been all week. As of 3/2 scheduled to be built week of 2/28. Think I'm going to call the customer service number later today and get a "Live Person" update.
