All dealers have access to VINCENT.
Not all salesmen.
Unless you are actually buying a car, they don't care what the rebates are.
Hey! That rhymes.

My dealer prepared my paperwork late this afternoon March 6, 2007. Ford is still offering $1,000 cash back as of right now (or reduced APR financing through Ford Credit). That is about as current as it gets. I will let you know if anything changes before I take delivery.

Thanks so much Metrosexual. I didn't know what color of shirt to wear to the dealer to haggle on pricing! Now that that rebates are gone, LOOK OUT SISTER, here comes the new black, GREEN, and lots of it, you petty little boy.

I've got $1,750 in rebates on my 07 GT. But I guess thats one good thing about ordering from military car sales.

So is that $1750 below invoice, or $1750 off MSRP?

Jeff, you are a better man than me. I've given up trying to convince people in this thread that the rebates are still there.

Ford has said, I can look for the news articles, that due to the Mustang's drop off in sales they will be offering MORE incentives for the Mustang this spring not less.

Hang on Boys.... I just contacted the Ford Motor Co Customer relations Center and they advised me that the website was correct. Apparently it
is done by area or region, and in Southern California the GT Manual rebate has been dropped.....But obviously it is still good in PA.. JEFF, check it with a purchase from ZIP code 91752..... and lets us all know..

Hey TinPony, I just did a VINCENT check for you. For Riverside County, in the city of Mira Loma, California, the rebate is STILL THERE!!! $1,000 or 4.9% for 60 months.

Do not believe what Ford's customer relations center tells you. They aren't selling you the car, and don't have access to the most recent updates for programs!

Thanks Jeff.... I really appreciate your time.... Having worked for a huge corporation for 35 years, I know customer relations departments are sometimes the last to know.......This info will be invaluable to me when my vehicle arrives at the dealer anytime now(was shipped by rail 2/20)

How does the rebate system work? Does Ford Motor reimburse the dealership?
