New wheels and tires ideas

I just bought a 2005 V6 Stang. Nothing special about it or done to it, just a nice car. It still has stock wheels and tires and i'm wanting to change that. I want to do 18" matte black, but I just have no idea about any of that kind of stuff.

Help a girl out?

As a FYI . . . please don't post the same thread in multiple areas.

Also . . .this is a good thread to get some ideas . . . https://themustangsource.com/f691/sh...wheels-427411/

And we have many vendors who carry the type (or at least the color) of the wheel in which you have interest.

American muscle is a good place to look. They have tire and rim packages that come ready to just put on the car. There should also be a lot of pictures there for you to look at.

I think late model restoration has tire and rim packages as well.

A lot of people like the torque thrust style or bullit style wheels on this body style. But there are some other options that look equally as good. I am a fan of the fr500 style, ford gt style, and the 2010 gt500 style wheels.

Just my opinion, but I think chrome saleens look good on windveil blue.

Also new wheels and tires always look better with a little drop.
